Leslie helped us sell our mom's house (which was not in good shape) for a great price. She had solid expertise for the neighborhood and the market and made every step of the process easy and efficient. When it came time for me to sell my own home, I went straight to Leslie. Once again, she handled the process professionally from start to finish. Leslie is a straightforward good egg who never hard sells you and treats you with honesty and respect.

I reached out to Leslie to help sell my dad's house after he passed away last year. She came to look at the house the same day and quickly produced a thorough market analysis. Leslie has been my realtor on several real estate purchases. I can say that will out her help, one of the purchases would not have happened. She was more knowledgable about financing than was my mortgage broker and was able to make a sale happen when it seemed impossible. There are many different people (mortgage brokers, appraisers, realtors, accountants, etc.) that take part in the process of either buying or selling a property. The one person that I want to make sure is there in my next real estate transaction is Leslie. She really is the best.

Leslie Ingram worked with our family through several different transitions, from seasonal rentals to purchasing a home. It took us along time to find a home that was just right for us. Throughout each step of the way Leslie had the utmost patience and was happy to continue showing us houses (endlessly) until we found the right one. Leslie is a very effective realtor in all areas but she is also warm and kind. Working with her as a person is a pleasure.
